Daniel Pauw
Science-based, tested in the field and getting it done with a good gut feeling - for Daniel, these are the principles of effective development processes. As an organisational psychologist, he playfully combines findings from research with the challenges faced by his clients. Daniel offers new perspectives and provides orientation and clarity even in complex situations. As an experienced and empathetic facilitator, he takes great pleasure in creating space for development at all levels of an organization. In doing so, he draws on his broad experience and uses a wide range of methods. Before joining covolution, Daniel worked for the software company SAP, among others, where he was most recently responsible for the organisational development of a new, rapidly scaling international unit.
When Daniel is not travelling as a consultant, he likes to lead yoga and resilience retreats. As an active outdoor enthusiast, he can also often be found in the mountains with a climbing rope or on a surfboard on one of Europe's coastlines.
